THE BASICS
1. Our cutoff for catering/pie orders is 3 days prior to pickup/delivery before 8AM.
So if you need your order picked up delivered on Saturday, it must be placed before 8AM Wednesday.
2. The earliest pickup time available for our catering subs and sandwiches is 10:30AM.
3. To place a pie/pastry pre-order for pickup/delivery before 10:30AM (or anytime!) please email catering@jtao.art.
** PLEASE NOTE: All catering orders are subject to a 20% catering service fee. This fee is in place to cover the costs of fulfilling these orders during regular restaurant service, packaging, admin, and staffing.
*** Allergen Information: All products are packaged in a facility that also processes wheat, sesame, egg, and dairy. While we follow strict protocols to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that this product is completely free from trace amounts of allergens.***
